2. Payments and Refunds

All payments for services are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to their applicable terms and conditions.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Because Tariff Calculator is a digital service and access is delivered shortly after payment, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, charged more than once, or experienced a material technical issue that prevented access to the purchased service, contact us and we will review the request case by case.

3. Cancellation
