What we sell

Tariff Calculator is a digital subscription service that provides access to a U.S. import duty estimation tool, tariff research features, saved calculation history, CSV export, and API access on eligible plans.

Delivery

Access is delivered digitally. After a successful payment, the subscription features for your plan are activated in your account immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.

Billing currency

All prices on this website are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

Recurring subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the billing interval you select at checkout, unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer billing portal or by contacting tariff_support@synnaxstudio.com. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew automatically after that.

Refunds

Because Tariff Calculator is a digital software subscription with access granted shortly after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

If you believe you were billed in error, charged more than once, or experienced a material technical issue that prevented access to the purchased service, contact us at tariff_support@synnaxstudio.com. We review those requests case by case.
